It all started in the 90’s…

IT ALL STARTED IN THE 90’s

Torbjörn Hedrenius, born and raised in Sweden bought the farm, beautifully situated with a sea view and meadows next to the waterside. This was in the early 90’s when Estonia had recently gained independance. When Torbjörn met Estinan-native Malle Aava they shared a vision of building a horse farm, and offering holiday riding camps. The first riding guests arrived in 1996, and since then Sassi Talu has welcomed a great number of Swedes (both families with children and adult groups) but also guests from Finland and Norway. Many of the guests have become regulars and Sassi friends.
